We actually got the desired thrill as we did not seem to be able to fulfil the necessary requirements for obtaining a permanent visa after a temporary visa which normally takes about 2 to 4 years.

We could not see a successful way but to give up was never an option.

Surprisingly we met a mate with important connections to the Immigration Department which led in our complicated case to the desired resolution.

The immigration to Australia is reasonably easy to about age 45 with various visa categories whereas over age 45 it is more difficult  with only the business visa option remaining open which entails a couple of interesting business migration variations. The immigrant can start his own business, become a partner in an existing one or take one over.

Our aim was now to fulfil the necessary requirements via the business migration and the direction was clear. We worked toward our goal with Claudia. She migrated to Australia from Bonn and has obtained all qualifications as an accountant. This has proven very helpful with our immigration to Australia as business migrants.

Together with Claudia we chose to purchase an existing business which seemed to us the most promising in our pursuit. She collated all relevant financial documentation for the Immigration Department which gave us finally in all fairness 12 months in which to proof ourselves.

The decision was right. The sought after permanent residency visa was issued to us following our business migration. After these hectic initial years we now slowly want to withdraw from the business to devote our passion to help migrants to migrate with a business visa.
